How do I get started?

The first step is to get in touch to discuss your ideas and requirements. A lot of clients come to visit me to have a look at materials, designs etc. I can then put together a detailed quote along with a digital mock up of your chosen design. You can make as many changes as needed until you are happy with all the details.

Do you have set prices?

It’s difficult to set a price on bespoke designs; small changes such as ribbon materials, card choices or add-ons like wax seals obviously have an impact on the final price. Invitations generally range from £2.50 to £10 each and I will always try to create your dream stationery within your budget.

Do you have a minimum order number?

No! I will create however many you require.

I found something on Pinterest/Instagram will you make it for me?

I will not copy somebody else’s design. However I am happy to take inspiration from a variety of sources to create something new just for you!

How long does the process take?

On average it takes 4-6 weeks to create invitations. This includes the concept and design stage, to proofing artwork, selecting materials, printing and assembly.

Do you offer samples?

Yes I can produce samples for some designs. These are a one off cost of £12.00 and can be fully customised. I also offer a custom sample pack for £5.00, this can include blank card options, ribbons & wax seal embellishments. It gives you the opportunity to see and feel the materials before finalising them for your design.

I also offer digital mock ups for every order before printing. These won’t show the exact colours of the materials but give you a perfect idea of the finished look of your chosen design.

How do I confirm and order?

I take a £50.00 deposit to secure a production slot. The deposit secures a slot in my diary to design, print and assemble your invitations. Final payment is taken closer to the time when you have confirmed your materials and final numbers.

When should I send out my invitations?

Save the dates are best sent out between 14-12 months prior, with invitations sent out between 6-4 months before your wedding. This is only a guide though – each wedding and couple are different so ultimately you do you!
